Return and Exchange Conditions: In general, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless you have received a product that is either incorrect, missing, or damaged.

Complimentary Replacements: We do offer free replacements for items in your original order that are incorrect, missing, or damaged. 

Refund Procedure:

If you receive incorrect, missing, or damaged items and do not want a replacement, here is our refund procedure:
• Send us a picture of the order or the tracking number for review.
• Once approved, we will email you to confirm receipt.
• The refund amount will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within a week.
